Growing up, my favorite noodle dishes are Bakmie Goreng (Fried Noodles) and Bihun (pronounced  bee - hoon ) Goreng or Fried Rice Noodles. It is simple to make. The rice noodles cooked and flavoured with soy sauce, fish sauce, shrimps, stir fried with eggs & vegetable  mix together. I like it when the rice noodles cooked dry, a little bit brown & crispy at some part.

Ingredient :

6 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic minced

1 small onion thinly sliced

1/2 pound shrimps shelled & deveined

1 boneles chicken breast

1 cup shredded cabbage

1 egg

2 tablespoons Soy sauce

1 tablespoon Fish sauce

1 8 ounce package bihun( Dried Rice Noodles )

Freshly ground pepper & sea salt to taste.
