Telur Dadar Buncis, is a simple Omelet dish.
This dish is cooked just like omelet. It looks like omelet but we serve it for a simple main dish. You can serve it also together with rice, porridge or noodles. The beaten eggs mix with together with chopped green beans adding salt & pepper. You can serve this dish with dipping sauce. For me I ussualy enjoy eating it with chilli sauce ( sambal ).
125 gram chopped green beans
a tsp of pepper
a pinch of salt
4 tsp cooking oil
Wash the green beans and drain. Gather them length wise on the cutting board.Slice them crosswise about half cm in length.
Beat the eggs add salt and pepper. Stir in green beans.
Heat about 1tsp of cooking oil over medium heat. When the oil is hot, pour one fourth of the egg mixture.
Give a good stir and swirl the pan to distribute the egg mixture evenly over the pan. You can use cast iron pan for this. I’m using 20cm/8 inch cast iron pan.Wait until the omelet is puffed and set. Using the spatula filp the omelet. Continue to fry until both side is brown. Serve. Repeat the remaining egg mixture. Cut the omelet into wedges and serve together with chilli sauce (sambal).
