Baked Kale chips, the grilled leaves are crispy & light. You can not stop just eating one.
Great for snack or parties, it is fewer calories than fried potatoes. Try it you will like it.
I bunch kale
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice ( optional )
sea salt for sprinkling
1 teaspoon pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Remove the ribs from the kale & cut into 1 1/2 inch ( bite size pieces )
Rinse & dry the kale
Line a non insulated cookie sheet with partchment paper
Kale is evenly coated, carefully lay the kale side by side in a single layer on top of the grill until crispy.
About 5 minutes turn over & grill on the other side bake for about 15 minutes or until crispy
Pile the kale in big stack on the large plate or cutting board & serve immediately as a finger food or snack
