Growing up, my favorite noodle dishes are Bakmie Goreng (Fried Noodles) and Bihun (pronounced bee – hoon ) Goreng or Fried Rice Noodles.
It is simple to make. The rice noodles cooked and flavoured with soy sauce, fish sauce, shrimps, stir fried with eggs & vegetable mix together. I like it when the rice noodles cooked dry, a little bit brown & crispy at some part.

Saute garlic until lightly browned
Add onion & saute until fragrant & softened
Add shrimps & stir fry until cooked
Add chicken & stir fry until well combined & cooked
Transfer meat to a large bowl & set aside
Add 2 tablespoons oil to the hot pan
