Summer Trip 2012 Madison Wisconsin part seven : food adventure K Peppers

K Peppers, this restaurant offer authentic Korean food such as Bulgogi, Kalbi & Bimbimbap. The decor is minimalistic with some Korean decoration at the wall. Couple of tables at the window overlooking the street.

First we start with Banchan, a dish contain of many dishes. One of them is Kimchi, for you who doesn’t know about Kimchi, it is a fermented vegetable dishes usually made with nappa cabbage. The other are cucumber mix with Gochugaru ( Korean chili powder ), potato salad, onion marinated with soy sauce & spices.

You finish up with Sikhye, sweet rice drink. The menu choices were unique & delicious. Certainly I will come again in our next visit to Madison.
