Es Campur is an Indonesian cold beverages, most often served as a dessert. To make an Ice Campur is just mixing & adding all the ingredients together, there is no exact recipe how to makes an ice Campur.
Usually the Ice may be consists of Avocado, Jackfruit, Kolang Kaling, Cincau Hitam (Black Grass Jelly), tapai ( Fermented cassava) and young Coconut flesh.
Often serve with lots of shaved ice, liquid sugar like syrup such as mocca syrup or cocopandan syrup and topped with condensed milk.
Cincau, Black jelly or Grass Jelly. Black jelly is jelly made from the leaves of the Mint family. I prefer the green jelly.
Serve Es Campur in a bowl or soup plate add small portion of the fruit.
Topped with shave ice or crushed ice.
Pour in the condensed milk.
Drizzled with Syrup.
