Cakwe is Chinese fried strip of dough or bread.

Normally Cakwe eaten with Bubur (congee or porridge) for breakfast or eat with sweet sour chilli sauce as a snack.

Most of the Cakwe Hawkers also sell Kue Bantal, the sweet type, shape like a pillow.

Cakwe is made of flour, water& salt.

This one is father & son Ccakwe Hawker, they open early in the morning & sold out in just a few hours.

Some people also eat it with soy milk.
