100 gram Hunkwe flour
125 gram sugar
850ml coconut milk
100 gram Jackfruits cut into small cut
1 pandan leaf
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix Hunkwe flour with coconut milk, salt, sugar, pandan leaf, vanilla & mix it well.
- Pour the flour mixture to a saucepan and cook until boil, keep stirring. Add the jackfruits and set aside.
- Pour it to a mold or take 2 tablespoon to a banana leaf and wrap it. Keep doing it until everything is finished. Cool it.
