Sate Padang is specialty Satay from Padang, West Sumatra. Sate Padang made from beef cut into small dices mixed with spices, grilled and serve with sauce on top of it. The sauce is thicker than regular chicken satay sauce and consist of rice flour, turmeric and spices. There are no peanuts in it. Most of the time serve with lontong (rice cake) on a banana leaves.
