STRAWBERRY CAKE CONTEST

This is Nashville favorite time of the year Strawberry season! Last Saturday we have Strawberry Jubilee at the Farmers Market, this is Nashville’s largest strawberry festival. Mayor Megan Barry kicking off the peak growing season with a bang an antique bell.

The Farmers market have freshly baked strawberry rolls and desserts, homemade strawberry ice cream, fresh strawberry sample, strawberry everything, and Strawberry Cake Contest!

This is my first time to joint and my strawberry cake won 2nd place. My cake is the one at the middle front of the picture. Here are some of the pictures from the contest.   1. Congratulations! That is amazing. I’m not sure which one is yours but they all are beautiful and look delicious!

    • Thank you Suzy, mine is the one in the middle front of the picture. White cake with strawberry all around at the bottom edge and at the top of the cake. It is sponge cake with strawberry in the middle and fresh cream.
